I Embrace Change was born from a simple truth: the midlife journey, especially perimenopause and menopause, is too often met with silence, confusion, and stigma. As a woman walking this path myself, I felt the lack of support deeply. So I decided to help build what didn’t exist: a space for clarity, compassion, and community.
